Shipping Policy

At Buy Martian Merch ™ our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the U.S., ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

 

At this time all items outside of the Continental U.S. are subject to an additional shipping charge ($10+). 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The order is processed, which can take an additional 5–7 business days. This varies depending on the vendor and location of where the item(s) will be shipped from and shipped to for our customer. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. At this time, Domestic delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days depending on the items purchased. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

 

Digital products will be delivered to the buyer digitally based on the individual item's specified delivery process.

 

We encourage reaching out to us to inquire about any concerns PRIOR to purchasing a product or service to ensure a full understanding of timeframes. Depending on what is purchased and where it is shipped from will determine exact timeframes.

 

In addition, once the item is shipped the postal service may have their own delays that are out of the control of Buy Martian Merch ™ so we work hard to do our part effectively so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
